Ingredients

  • 1 banana
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1 cup strawberries/mango/pine apple
  • 2 cups spinach/kale/mixed vegetables
  • 2 tsp hemp hearts
  • 1 teaspoon pumpkin seeds
  • 1 teaspoon chia seeds
  • 1 teaspoon moringa powder
  • 1 teaspoon flax seed
  • 1 teaspoon wheat germ
  • 1 teaspoon nutrition yeast
  • 1/2 lime
  • 1/2 green apple
  • 1 celery stalk

Instructions

  1. Blend all the ingredients. Add coconut water as needed.
